180 Junk Solutions provides residential and commercial junk removal services in York Region, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Our services include, but are not limited to, the collection, hauling, and responsible disposal or recycling of unwanted items from your property.
We provide services in York Region, Ontario and surrounding areas including Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Georgina, East Gwillimbury, Whitchurch-Stouffville, and King Township.
Service availability in areas outside York Region is subject to confirmation at time of booking.
All bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or by other approved communication channels. Booking confirmation will be provided via email or phone.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window; however, exact arrival times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Pricing is based on the volume, weight, and nature of items to be removed. A quote will be provided prior to any work commencing.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual load differs materially from what was described at the time of booking.
We accept the following payment methods:
Full payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold removal of items until payment has been received.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' advance notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via our website or by phone as soon as possible.
For safety and regulatory compliance, we are unable to remove the following items:
If prohibited items are discovered at the time of service, we reserve the right to decline removal of those specific items or terminate the job.
Additional items may be declined at our sole discretion.

180 Junk Solutions takes care when working on your property; however, we shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to the service.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for items accidentally removed that were not designated for removal. It is your responsibility to clearly identify and secure any items you wish to keep prior to our arrival.
By booking our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of removing designated items.
Our team will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property. You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our staff.
180 Junk Solutions is committed to environmentally responsible disposal.
Where possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials in accordance with applicable Ontario regulations. We cannot, however, guarantee specific disposal methods for all items.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit malicious content, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
